A challenge is a specific piece of infrastructure we believe must exist in an AI-mediated information ecosystem, framed as a question with tests attached. Each comes from our map of where value is created and where it can be captured, and each is chosen because solving it makes the next layer buildable. Challenges will be announced in sequence.
Builderships
A buildership is a funded, time-bound run at a challenge, in a small cohort, with runway, mentorship, compute, a shared build environment and real-user testing. Builders keep their IP and full control of what they build. When a project is ready to stand on its own, the studio helps it find the capital and partners it needs.
