We do three things.
Map
We research and continuously map the ecosystem, to find the keystone problems: the ones whose solution makes the next layer buildable.

Define
We define challenges around them: specific pieces of infrastructure, protocols, tooling and products that we believe must exist.
Back
We fund the builders who take them on, with runway, mentorship, compute, a shared build environment, a cohort, and a route to the partners and investors who will need what they make.
